  They have amazing strawberry pies piled high with fresh strawberries, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry flavoured ground coffee, corn pizza, homemade fudge and all sorts of interesting items for you, your house or gifts. So much more to see .. go visit!

  Although the berries were not yet ready for picking (and the famous pie not yet available at the bakery), the friendly and knowledgeable service, the tasty food (we liked the waffles and the corn pizza), and well-maintained atmosphere made up for the missing features. Good music provided by the a duo (was not able to get their names) while eating brunch.

  I saw two posts from Krause Berry Farms on Facebook promoting their Father's Day waffle event. I called to make reservations and was told that they were not quite set up to take the reservations but I would be called back. After a few days of not hearing anything I called and spoke with the same lady as before. She TOLD me that she HAD left me a message and quoted that date/time. I didn't receive the message but moved on. Made my reservations and when I received my emailed receipt I noted that there was a 16% gratuity added. I was NOT made aware of this fee nor wa

  s it noted on the website/facebook link. I emailed back asking for it to be refunded. I am not against paying a gratuity however I was not made aware of it and find it unfair to pay gratuity for a service I have not yet received. Long and short of it is that the response I received did not apologize for the error. They did off the refund the whole amount and cancel my reservations. I responded saying that I would keep the reservation as my husband was looking forward to it and asked for the name of the manager/owner to express my concerns with the customer service I had received on two occasions. I did not get a response.
  I have been a patron of this farm for years but clearly they are doing well and do not feel that they need to provide customer service anymore. Extremely disappointed.

  We love this place so so so much. We now live in Alberta and wish they had a place like that here. Every time we to bc it's one of the 1st stops. The pies fresh fruit and potato bread is to die for. You should open a bakery in spruce Grove. Just saying. Can't wait to see you in the summer
