  I love the spaghetti factory, and the food at this location was excellent and what I expected from any other spaghetti factory chain.
  
  My water arrived in a dirty glass with small bits floating at the bottom, which really turned me off. Server was very friendly, but very forgetful, which was a little weird considering how empty it was when we were there. I requested the vanilla ice cream option because I am allergic to nuts, and am not sure how I react to pistachios. Server came back with two spumoni anyways, and at that point I felt I had bothered him enough (with the water glass), I just wanted to go home.
  
  Staff and cleanliness complete hit or miss, but food was consistently good. Wait time can be insane though. Be nice to others waiting, and the host - they have no control over how long people take to eat.

  Great food, good, personable, and friendly service. I have always enjoyed coming here, the only down side is how busy it can get on a Friday or Saturday night. But that's what happens when others recognize the quality.

  I had pasta, salad & bread and it was delicious!
  The food was great and service was excellent and all at a very affordable price, under $20 with tax .
  They also have a great selection of wine and beers.
  I will definitely be back for more.

  I love the food and the value! Have eaten here more times than I can remember. Always a slight wait. So, you know others feel the same way. But, the wait staff is always a big, hit and miss! I suggest to Tip accordingly! As this is the case...I suggest not going, when pressed for time. Always a hit with large groups.

  This chain is popular with kids and their sports teams. That means it's loud. The service wad good. The food was... meh... Barely average but not bad.
