    I'm not a one star kind of person but THEY EARNED THIS! Ya, all caps. They. Are. That. Bad. They couldn't figure out how to refund to a credit card. They have no change. They tried to keep the tax on the refund. Somehow, even with the manager involved, they still kept a dollar (pretty much life changing money, I know). They're a bunch of poo heads.
