  Pizza and breadsticks were oily, raw and distasteful. The wings had no flavour and were completely dry. When I called, I was transferred to the store, which did not answer and ended up disconnecting. When I called again, I was transferred to a someone else, who did not have access to my online order. She tried to transfer my call to the store location three times with no avail. She then transferred me to online customer service, which also did not take my call. I then called a third time, and was finally transferred to the store location successfully. A man answered, asked me what was wrong, and then offered new pizzas which I rejected and asked for a refund. He agreed, and now I must pick it up from the store location myself tomorrow. This horrible inefficient customer service surpasses the incompetence of the disgusting food.

  It took over 2 hours to get my online order. I phoned the first time when they were an hour late, they said they didn't know why our order hadn't arrive and to call back in 10 minutes if we still hadn't got it. Phoned again to be told that the driver said he went and knocked on the door and no one was home. Then the story changed to the driver said there was no basement suite at that address. Then we got a third call saying they had run out of Pepsi and we need to phone back and pick a new pop. They sent a new driver to our house who said she had no issue finding the place...and when we sat down to eat the pizza, it was cold. Nice guys! Don't order from here!!!!

  So far I have been happy with the food. Excellent Wings and I really enjoyed the pizza although I the second time i ordered I got more sauce. First time we picked up but this second time we are having delivered. What got me is if I use my debit card to pay, they charge me a buck to do it but not with credit card. Only place I have ever ordered from that actually CHARGES their customer to use their debit card to pay $65 for dinner from them! That pisses me off. I still like the food but they need to rethink that little greedy tactic. Also its an hour and a half wait for the food from what I was told which is ok for me but that just added extra aggravation.

  Horrific service. Our food didn't even get delivered. Driver ignore instructions to "honk" when he pulled in our driveway and drove away before we could get out to get our food. Didn't even get out of the vehicle. When we called to complain, the driver refused to turn around and deliver our food. The manager was immature and decided to try and turn the blame around on us. Emailed a complaint, gave them over a week to reply, they still haven't. Wouldn't even give this location half a star let alone one. The only reason they are getting a 1 star rating from me is this is the lowest possible. Don't order from here and expect to get your food!

  If I could give this a zero star rating I would. This pizza hut has given me the worst customer service imaginable. We waited more than an hour for our pizza. I decided to call the store for info as to what the situation was and was forwarded to some call center. The call center then placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. It may have been longer but I decided to hang up. Now furious and with a hungry family the pizza arrives and I asked him to take his food and go. I couldn't and will never give this company any money out of my pocket. Thank you pizza hut for a ruined evening and dinner.
