  I ordered an orange pekoe tea with 3 milks and 2 sugars which I have had many times and the tea they gave me tasted and smelled like grass when I asked if I could get a new one they wanted to make me pay for a whole new one! I am not happy with their services I didn't even have a few sips but eww it was gross I don't think I'll be coming back here any time soon.

  Staff here are always hard at work and are very kind. Food is decent for a Timmy's, but never had an outright bad experience. Interior is always very clean and they prepare orders quickly. Always my go-to Timmy's.

  Lovely place. I find they don't have a standard for butter lol. Most of time you get barely a smear on your bagel. Other times you get half a pound and you can't even eat it cuz it's literally dripping with it. Gross

  I came here about 11pm and i got myself the ham and chese sandwich. I go home to go eat it and the first bit, there was a long peice of black hair in it so i threw it out. I went in the next day around 11am to go tell them what happened. Apparently i have to keep the sandwich to prove it to them even if the sandwich is "a week old". The lady never gave me a refund at all and was totally rude about the whole situation

  This is my favourite location! I stop in almost every morning on my way to work. The ladies in the drive thru are warm, welcoming and I'm pretty sure they know my order. This morning they made a donut specially for me! It made my entire morning
