  Not impressed after sitting in drive thru with no one in it. I was spoken to rude as they told me they where busy with drive thru. Well, I was inIn drive thru. No one was there. Then was charged for something I never got and not even an apology. This isn't the first, second or third time this has hapoened. Lack of training or care for there customers.

  No service at the front counter, so I hopped in my car and hit the D/T. Girl was hard to understand at the speaker, but very friendly at the window. Fast service

  Generally speaking..... Industrial area but a large and mainly well run-quick service Timmy's. Exception... Ask for your bagel double toasted, as bagels are not properly toasted. Also, like far too many Timmy's I visit, the coffee is weaker than it should be as managers reduce coffee settings on machines to make more profit.

  I wish I could give negative stars. That should be an option, one is too many. I officially give up with being a customer at this Tim Horton's. I can not remember the last time they actually got my order correct. So frustrating to pay for food in the drive through to get back to your office to find out yet again they got the order WRONG!!!! I give up. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Terrible service, rude staff, and they can't even get your order right. I've worked fast food before, it's not that difficult to listen and follow instructions.
  
  Go elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and money.
