  Went here yesterday ordered the 10oz AAA medium rare steak 24.99 even pointed it on the menu to the waitress, my g/f got the pulled pork, 14.99 Steak was gross and dry! later found out why had to use BBQ sauce also my potato was overcooked the skin was hard to chew. My g/f also said her sandwich meat was over cooked and hard when we got the bill I realized they gave me the cheaper steak 19.99$ fine cut or something I didn't complain. Just gave no tip and decided we will not come back here, Luckily we had a gift card. They charge to much for soft drinks. Order water then go to the store and buy a 12 pack of pop for the same price!

  Food was pretty good, service was slow on a quiet night but manager offered free dessert to compensate. We sat on the patio and waited about 20 min for service - I think they forgot about us as we were the only ones out there. Otherwise staff was friendly and it was nice they wanted to make up for not serving us for so long! Portions were big and unfortunately we passed on the free dessert ;)

  Ended up here because White Spot was lined out the door. Service is pretty good, servers very attentive, but the food is disappointing. Kids' grilled cheese was one piece of processed cheese in two slices of barely grilled white bread. The mashed potatoes are definitely made with powdered potatoes. The burger patties are subpar and salty. And it's not cheap. Save your money and head to Wendy's instead. We should have done that. We would have left happy.

  Previously I would have given this location a 5 star, however in the recent months the service has increasingly declined. This used to be my location of preference but now I have officially given up. After a poor visit last time and expressing my concerns about the horrible, slow, and unfriendly staff, I was assured by the manager that she had a lot of good servers and that if I gave them another chance my experience would be better. Tonight I thought I would give them that chance. After being greeted and seated by a miserable and rude young lady, we waited around 3 to 5 minutes and weren't even acknowledged by one passing server. The restaurant was almost empty so it's not as if they were slammed which I would have been more understanding of. I decided to take my family elsewhere to dine. I gave them their second chance and they blew it. We went their last summer and had incredible service but it appears they are getting rid of/losing all thier good servers and the new ones being hired are completely unqualified. On our previous visit we were rushed from the moment we sat down. We weren't asked for refills, we weren't asked if we wanted dessert, and the bill was pretty much thrown on our laps before we had finished eating. I will never go back to this location again. If you are looking for a nice night out with great service, friendly waiters/waitresses, and and a warm welcoming environment, might I suggest the location on the Langley bypass. Been there a couple times in the past and have had no complaints (further from my house) but I will be going to that location from here on out.

  Such slow service. Waited 40 min for our food. Then my food didn't arrive for 10 min after the other 2 people at my table got theirs. I ordered a chicken burrito and had to pick out the chicken cuz it was dry and overcooked. Ended up getting my burrito for free.
  If you're going to see a movie, don't eat here. You'll never get your food in a timely manner. Food was way over priced.
  Very disappointed....as this was my second time at this location, I won't be back cuz the first time wasn't much better either.
